With our knowledge of the care sector, we’ll assess the important things to ensure your peace of mind:
- Checking stringent industry standards and safety requirements are in place, including CQC guidelines and the Gold Standards Framework (GSF).
- Assessing the competency of the care team by reviewing their recruitment, induction and training programme
- Understanding the local community and the social and health facilities available
- Building a picture of the day to day situations and understanding the life enrichments which will make it feel like home
